About Diane Haslam

Diane Haslam is an international fitness and conditioning specialist with a masters degree (Eastern Michigan University, USA) in Health Promotion and Human Performance and studied the role of fitness education across the life-cycle. She holds an undergraduate degree in Physical Education (Brock University, Canada) and a Certificate of Education (Alsager College, UK).

Diane has taught physical education in schools in England, Jamaica, Canada, Singapore, USA and Bahrain and is a specialist in fitness education. She was voted Reebok/Network Fitness Leader of the Year (by her peers in Singapore and Australia) for Singapore in the mid 90’s following an intensive two year fitness education program at the Polytechnic where she taught over 1000 students each week for 15 weeks.

Diane was the fitness consultant and special events coordinator for Reebok Singapore/South East Asia in the areas of aerobics, walking and aqua events. She has worked as a consultant and teacher with the Singapore Sports Council, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Polar Heart Rate monitors, Reebok Malaysia, Singapore Special Olympics, Singapore Police Force, Singapore Ghurka Contingent and Bodynits International Singapore Pte. Ltd.to name just a few.

However, she is best known as the Master Course Conductor of the internationally acclaimed Federation International Sport Association Fitness (FISAF) Singapore (http://www.fisaf.org ) offering the Fitness Leader, Aerobics, Aqua and Personal Trainer Certification courses in Singapore. To date more than 1000 fitness leaders have earned their certifications through FISAF in Singapore and many are now leaders in the field nationally and internationally.

A personal trainer works one-on-one with a client or in a group to develop and implement a fitness training regimen that helps them lose weight, get stronger, improve physical performance or maintain their health. Get started on a journey of changing and improving lives.
