Programme Information

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• Assess the safety of the aquatic environment
• Conduct pre exercise screening to a range of clients
• Apply popular aqua instruction formats
• Develop competence in planning and teaching one class format
• Demonstrate an understanding of the physiological changes from aqua fitness training.
• Use Aqua equipment safely
• Perform basic rescue techniques and apply emergency procedures as needed
