At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Design a functional exercise program for Seniors.
- Undertake a Seniors Fitness Test
- Discuss the principles of exercise fitness for Seniors
- Implement a Seniors Flexibility session with TRX,dynabands, body weight.
- Review Fall Prevention for Seniors
- Implement balance/gait, posture training sessions
- Recall the importance of Nutrition for Seniors
- Discuss Communication and other soft skills
- Understand Common injuries of the older adult
- Distinguish between Parkinson, Alzeimer and Dementia
