At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Undertake a Seniors Fitness Test
  • Discuss the principles of exercise fitness for Seniors
  • Implement a Seniors Flexibility session with TRX,dynabands, body weight.
  • Review Fall Prevention for Seniors
  • Implement balance/gait, posture training sessions
  • Recall the importance of Nutrition for Seniors
  • Discuss Communication and other soft skills
  • Understand Common injuries of the older adult
  • Distinguish between Parkinson, Alzeimer and Dementia
